Summer shoes and sandals workshop
This master class allows students to create summer footwear with new techniques in a short time, with different type of décor. Students will learn how to make the heel box using technologically advanced materials in the production of shoes. This method of work allows you to create a more complex shoe model with numerous details.

Day 1. Template and layout
• Taking measurements
• Constructing template including wool shrinkage, making felted samples for shrinkage calculation and to determine the thickness of the felt for footwear in making
• Making a Sketch; designed
• Draw design on the shoe last
• Make a template of all details of your design
• Prepare layout
• Wet the layout and start to felt .Day 2. Working with leather
• Discuss of the leather decoration on the shoes
• Make templates for the leather
• Preparing felt detail
• Assembling shoes according to the technology of shoe craftsmanship.Day 3. Heels & inner soles
• Making heel box
• Installation inner soles
• Adding leather.Day 4. Soles & accessories
• Preparing the shoes to put on the soles
• Attaching soles to the shoe
• Adding eyelets, zipper, buckles, leather decoration
• Stitching leather
• Stitching soles.
